PS: Penalties are in: Bill Belichek gets fined $500,000 (the max); the Pats get fined $250,000; they also forfeit a first-round pick next draft if they make the playoffs, or a 2nd and 3rd rounder if they don't.

That's a Hefty fine for Bellichik...he needs the money for his mistress. But the Pats organization got off with a fine that's just chump change and the small cost of doing business. For the role he has in the Pats organization, the fine should have been more substantial.
A #1 draft pick is a good penalty. If they don't make the playoffs, I think it's a #2 and #3 draft pick. But I'm disappointed that he won't be suspended a game. If he were a player, he'd have gotten a suspension. Why did Goodell wussy out on that?
